Fall, Hawaii Style
Color and mood shifts, and events across the islands.
Aloha friend,
Since the temps are still well into the 80s, we’re approaching fall with a mood shift, rather than a wardrobe overhaul. That said, we are making some style tweaks, mostly in color palette and fabrics. See below.
Oh, and in case you missed it, House of Pacific launched its first collection for women, with matching sets for keiki, too. Feminine, easy, and just beautiful. It’s giving Christy Dawn vibes with an island twist.
For you vintage lovers, learn about how the founder of Maui Mood Swing and Mad Kimono brings more made in Hawaii products back to the islands, and has garnered quite a stylish community in Wailuku in this podcast.
And as always, we’ve curated a list of happenings across the islands.
Happy fall,
The Edit Hawaii team

Clockwise from top right: Pink By Nature; Mai‘ana; We Are Iconic; Anaoak; Las Olitas; Shipwrecked Kauai
We’re loving the “orange earth” color of this crinkle swimsuit found at Pink By Nature. // Ok and this top is sold out (a few of our friends snagged it and we can attest it’s that good in person), but this is your sign to follow what Mai‘ana is doing. // Swooning over these (on sale!) Rachel Comey snake-print flats from We Are Iconic. Denim shorts, white tee, these shoes, done. // For some subtle sparkle, these blue-green sapphire sol studs from Anaoak. // Back to the beach with this classic Las Olitas hibiscus-print pareo in a new autumnal orange color. // For a night out, we’re eyeing these silky pants in a sage green from Shipwrecked Kauai. Effortless and elevated, just how we like it.
